Butternut squash and chocolate chips are all that you will need to make this delicious dessert!
Ingredients:
- 1 medium butternut squash, peeled, cut into chunks, and roasted.
- 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips, melted.
Directions:
- Roast the butternut squash on parchment-lined baking sheets at 425° F.
- Puree in a blender or food processor.
- Add the melted chocolate chips and blend until smooth. Transfer to a lined springform pan or shallow bowl.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, but best to leave overnight.
Slice or spoon directly into your mouth!!
