Healthy High Protein Tiramisu

I discovered an easy an healthy version of Tiramisu that will leave you and your guests happy healthy and satisfied!

Ingredients:

  • Decaf coffee or Espresso (depending on what time you serve it!)
  • Unsalted rice cakes It takes 2 rice cakes per serving.
  • 16 ounces of Greek Yogurt (full or 2% fat)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 -2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Directions:

Brew the coffee and pour into a bowl.

Dip both sides of the rice cakes into the coffee, about 30 seconds per side.

Mix the yogurt with the maple syrup and cinnamon

Layer the rice cakes with the filling and dust with cocoa powder.
